Has anyone tried using the Line Out mode?
I have tried using a 4.4 Bal to XLR cable to connect the R4 into a Schiit Jotunheim 2 and also enabling the Line Out in the audio Settings of the R4. While playing on the Hiby App, I discovered it was making some weird digital distortions in the playback.
But when I was using the same cable setup but with headphone out instead with High Gain and 65 Vol on the player, the playback sounded fine.
Am I doing something by wrong or the line out is not working properly?
