I currently have a stock rn6 cable is it worth upgrading to a Raphael Eletech cable?
I use on Fir xe6

I've been using an Eletech Silver cable, which I think it's a good complimentary pairing with XE6. Maintains the bass and thick note weight but I find there is more texture to the bass and the there is good improvement in overall detail retrieval, not that it necessarily needed it. I also get a slight expansion is stage. Paired SP3k I get this amazing head space.

What Eletech did u use?

Not much cables can match well and enhance the characteristics of xe6, here is my top list: Eletech Raphael and OTL, PW first times, Brise audio Yatono ultimate 8w, effect audio Chiron x Horus.
